St. Remi Basilica
Oh, the St. Remi Basilica! Of course, from the outside, it is not as impressive as the Cathedral. However, if you knew that the Japanese painter Foujita was so moved by its beauty that he converted to Catholicism soon after, you would not hesitate to follow his example… Why St. Remi, by the way? The Abbey is named after the Bishop who baptised Clovis. And this event, which is at the origin of the famous legend of the Holy Ampulla, sealed the birth of the Kingdom of France. Nothing less!
