Champagne Xavier Alexandre
At the crossroads between Reims and Epernay, Maison ALEXANDRE is located in Courmas, a pretty village on the Champagne Tourist Route in the heart of the vineyard West of the Montagne de Reims.
Winemakers from father to son since 1933, Xavier ALEXANDRE in 1994 took over the reins of the estate that extends over 7 ha, distributed in ten villages, of which five are classified Premier cru.
Xavier develops champagnes and Coteaux Champenois according to the traditional methods of Champagne, adapting each year to the typicality of the plots harvested in the different soils.
The care given to its grapes, the vinification of his wines and the ageing in his cellars enable him to create authentic champagnes and ensure a consistent quality for each of its vintages.
Always in tune with the times and his own way of working, Xavier has built a new cellar and a reception room with panoramic views of the village and the vineyards of Courmas.
