Come to the tourism office

We are here for you
Before your arrival in Reims, to prepare your holiday and reserve your activities, contact us:
- By e-mail at the address accueil[at]reims-tourisme.com or by filling out our contact form
- By telephone at 03.26.77.45.00 (country code for France: +33)
- By mail at the following address: 6 rue Rockefeller - CS 60013 - F - 51725 Reims Cedex
During your holidays, visit our reception offices
The main reception area, located at 6, rue Rockefeller, on the forecourt of the Cathedral, is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Our holiday advisors welcome you here 7 days a week and respond to your needs: information, buying a Reims City Pass, reservations for guided tours and the Reims City Tour, renting tablets for digital audio-guided tours, information on the tours of Champagne cellars.
You may also pick up our brochures, including the quintessential “Reims en Poche”, the companion for your holiday in Reims. Lots of tourist documentation is also available free of charge – help yourself.
An area for tablets enables you to navigate freely on Internet and access your messages. Do you need WIFI access? Connect to WIFI_TOURIST. It’s free of charge.
We also have offices elsewhere:
on the forecourt of the Reims Centre station (on the right as you exit the station)
- at Fismes (28, rue René Létilly)
- at the Reims marina
- at the Sillery marina

Since we all deserve to have the chance to enjoy the treasures of the Coronation City, the Greater Reims Tourism Office has made the integration of visitors with disabilities one of its priorities.
Are you arriving by train at the reims centre station?
Our information office located at the Place de la Gare also welcomes you for your initial approach to the city. Remember, on the arrival of the TGV, the queue can be quite long.

The boutique
The Tourism Office Boutique offers a range of products specially selected by us to help you leave with gifts in your suitcases.
Regional products, crafts, objects related to Champagne, books, toys, magnets, medals and other funny objects, you will find just the right thing.
